Super
Constellation VH-EAG being washed at Brisbane on 14 November 2005. The
aeroplane was subsequently positioned into Qantas Hangar 3 where it
was the star of the Qantas 85th anniversary celebration dinner on 15
November (the day before the anniversary). Other participants were John
Travolta's Boeing 707-138B N707JT, an Avro 504K replica and the Airbus
A380 F-WWOW. Ironically, the least pristine aircraft present was also
the newest!
